We started at The Loews Hotel in Philadelphia where both Josh and Rachel prepared for their wedding. On to the perfect Ballroom at The Ben for the ceremony and celebration. A perfect day, two wonderful families and lots of dancing.

Natalie and Jordan married last Friday. The ceremony was at St Anastasia and the reception at Overbrook Country Club. The site of the reception was significant as Natalie’s parents celebrated their wedding there some years ago. A magnificent day for a devoted couple.

All the hipsters met down South Broad not long ago for Steve and Nancy. This, clearly, is where the action would be. We covered the city from St. Rita’s to the top of The Parkway to The Crystal Tea Room and ended back on Broad Street. A memorable day all around. Move closer to your world my friend, and you’ll see.

Lisa and James were in from The Coast to do some wedding business, some of which including hanging out on The Parkway with me and several hundred fans/viewers of Rocky. The movie.

Anyway, we made some pictures. We didn’t stay for the movie. Although we could have, we just didn’t have the requisite Rocky paraphernalia.

Laura and I have a fancy bunch of friends. Some of these friends make very brief (too brief) appearances for a very short (too short) period of time. Such are Alyssa and her daughter Sasa. In from Europe for a week or so, we caught up with them (and Christine, who is patiently awaiting her daughter’s return from camp) for breakfast this morning. Sasa spent a few minutes conversing with Laura in French recounting her Paris adventures and then graciously allowed me a few photographs. And then we climbed a tree.
