I met with Michael and Sara this evening to give them their proofs. Customer service is a huge part of what I do, and I work hard to provide the highest level of service that I can, which for my clients in the Philly area usually means coming out for the intitial consulation, (tomorrow evening for instance, I will be driving up to Princeton to meet Erica and discuss her November 2008 wedding) and then a house call to deliver proofs.

Anyway, Michael and Sara had a spectacular wedding at one of my favorite places, The Hyatt at Penn’s Landing. Thanks for allowing me to play a part in your wonderful wedding guys.

I love September weddings, and today’s will be fantastic…starting at Gabriella’s…St Michael’s for the ceremony and on to The Ballroom at the Ben for a great celebration.
